Amer Group’s Sales Hit EGP 2.3 Bln

Amer Group Holding revealed that the total volume of its real estate sales during the first nine months of the current year has reached EGP 2.3 billion.

Mohamed Riad Refaat, Investor Relations Director, said these apartments belong to projects scheduled to be delivered during the next two years. He added that the company is currently working on a number of projects, such as “Porto Matrouh” and that the licenses and drawings have been finalized.

He anticipated that the implementation of the project, which cost ranges between EGP 180 to 200 million, will last for a period up to a year and a half.

He further noted that Amer group has recently completed the first phase of the Porto Cairo Mall. He added that this project costs EGP 200 million and will be established on a space of 38.000 m2.

The total sales of the various Porto projects have recorded EGP 3.4 billion since the 25th of January Revolution, which signifies that the company’s projects have not been significantly affected by the events that followed the revolution.
