Annulling Mubarak’s Stepping Down Adjourned Till December 3rd

The first circuit of Supreme Administrative Court decided to adjourn the challenge hearings filed by lawyer Mohye Kamel Rashed and supporters of former president, till December 3rd session. They called for annulling the verdict of the Administrative Judiciary Court of rejecting their lawsuit against the military council .
The Administrative Judiciary Court, headed by Judge Abdel Meguid Al Mokanen, vice-chairman of the State Council, has issued a verdict that it doesn’t have terms of references to consider the lawsuit of annulling the former President Mubarak stepping down.
the lawyers Tharwat Mohamed Saleh, Mohye Kamel Rashed and Hamdy Said Mohana had filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Judiciary Court; calling for annulling the President’s stepping down, depending on articles 74 and 152 and article 1 of 174/2005 law.
