ARDIC Real Estate Development aims to invest in Egypt’s national project

Egypt’s leading real estate developer ARDIC Real Estate Development is determined to invest in national projects in Egypt across various sectors, its CEO Ashraf Dowidar said Wednesday.

Dwidar made this comment on the sidelines of the Elite Real Estate Exhibition 2016 (EREEX), adding that his company is currently planning for a partnership with the American University in Cairo (AUC) to present the first co-held programme on facility management and graduating qualified, competent individuals that will work on the enhancement of customer service in the after-sale process.

The company also has a partnership with Cairo University in the Urban Design dual master’s programme, which aims to revitalise historic cities in collaboration with Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus, Germany and the faculties of fine arts and architecture at the University of Alexandria.

Regarding the company’s social responsibility, Dwidar said: “We sponsored a concert of singer Majida El Roumi and donated the ticket revenue to building a hospital for burn victims.”

The company aims to create an innovative, productive, and diverse society, said Dwidar, and this is what has already been applied in the new Zizinia El Mostakbal Compound project.

The company’s slogan, which translates to ”let’s start a new page” was chosen to represent the project and support the project’s goal of changing the vision of the future. The project is distinguished by its new and unique design and the innovative architectural façade implemented by Ahmed Mito and Akram Farouk.

He said the green spaces represent 80% of the project in addition to artificial lakes, entertainment, and service areas. The project will use solar energy in street lighting and water heating. The roads will have walking and biking corridors.

Dwidar continued by adding that the company achieved high sales in the Zezenia EL Mostakbal project. The company will be a major sponsor of the Global Housing Fair, the first Gulf-Egyptian fair to be held in Egypt. The event will witness the launch of a new area for sale.

Dwidar added that his company has built three housing compounds in Fifth Settlement, including Zezenia, Zezenia Garden, and Zezenia Rose as well as a residential project in Al Shorouk City and the British University. There are 1,300 families living in these projects.

ARDIC is an Egyptian joint stock company and one of the oldest real estate companies in the Egyptian market, established 1998.
