Egypt’s ARDIC for Real Estate Developments Company is executing Zizinia El-Mostkabal Compound project in Future City, New Cairo, its chief executive Ashraf Dowidar said Wednesday.

The flagship is being implemented with an investment cost worth around 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($141.8 million), Dowidar further stated, adding that it will be completed within 2020.

The Egyptian official referred that Zizinia El-Mostkabal is to be established over 70.46 feddans, to include about 1,807 housing units.
