Assuit’s Investors Demand 36 Acres To Expand The Industrial Area

Adel Khalil, Head of Assuit Investors Association, has called for allocating 36 acres so as to implement the expansions of the new industrial area in El-Zarade (a city in Assuit).

Khalil has elaborated to “Amwal Al Ghad” that although the location of this industrial area is acceptable for a lot of people, but the government didn’t respond to facilitating it in order to receive new industrial constructions in the coming period, in a way that can provide job opportunities for the youth in Assuit governorate after the unemployment rates increase there.

He criticized the incentives procedures are being taken by the government to support the investment movement in the governorate and in Upper Egypt in general. These procedures don’t serve the investor’s actual needs in the area, which are the absence of the skilled labor, the correct data necessary for the perfect planning of investment, in addition to the absence of the authorities that finance and support the investments in the north quarter of Egypt.
