Bahrain’s Maalem launches residential tower in Seef, costing $25mn

Bahrain-based private holding company, Maalem has launched a new residential tower in Seef, costing $25 million.

It will stand 20 floors high, offering over 100 residential apartments between multiple types of one- and two-bedroom units.

With a targeted handover of mid 2020, the residential tower is already under construction and works completed to date exceed 50 percent.

In addition to an array of amenities including a business centre, rooftop pool and garden along with a jacuzzi, steam room and a state-of-the-art gym facility, the residents of The Courtyard will enjoy a range of bespoke services designed to deliver highest level of convenience including car wash, laundry and concierge services, said the developer.

“Building on the success of The Courtyard as a major leisure and dining destination in Seef, we are delighted to expand the offerings and introduce The Courtyard Urban Living as a freehold apartments offering residents and investors an opportunity for unmatched lifestyle,” said Ahmed Taleb, vice-president of Maalem.

“The apartments are designed with the end user in mind being some of the most spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments in the market with areas ranging from 64 to 130 square metres,” he added.
