Banyan Tree Al Wadi wins five World Travel Awards and two MENA Travel Awards

Banyan Tree Al Wadi and its sister resort, Banyan Tree Ras Al Khaimah, Beach were overwhelmed at the World Travel Awards (WTA) on 30 April with a total of five award wins as well as walking away with two awards at the MENA Travel Awards on 2 May.

The WTA is known as the ‘Oscars of the travel industry,’ and the MENA Travel Awards is known for its ‘quality for excellence’, celebrating and honouring the best of the best in the tourism industry.

Banyan Tree Al Wadi, the desert resort, swept the board with four WTA awards for: Ras Al Khaimah Leading Resort, UAE Leading Villa Resort, Middle East Leading Desert Spa Resort, East Leading Villa with the Al Rimal Deluxe Villa, Banyan Tree Ras Al Khaimah, Beach won UAE Leading Beach Resort.

The two MENA Travel Award wins included a Silver Award, “Best 5 Star Leisure Hotel” to Banyan Tree Al Wadi, desert resort and a Platinum Award, “Best Spa” to Banyan Tree Spa Al Wadi.
