Beltone Reshuffles Board Amid El Helw’s Resignation

Beltone Financial (BTFH.CA) has approved Mahmoud El Helw’s resignation from its board of directors membership. The Group also agreed that the re-formation of its board of directors would be under the chairmanship of Alaa Saba, Beltone CEO.

It is settled that Magded Shawky would be Beltone’s Managing Director; while Wael El Mahgary would become the Executive Board Member. Moreover, Beltone agreed that Samih Sawiris alongside Shamel Aboul Fadl, Khaled Mahmoud, Sheikh Khaled Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Ahmed Omar would become Non-Executive Board Members.
