Beltone Removes OCI from BAM30 Index, Adds Oriental Weavers Instead

Beltone Financial announced that it will revise its BAM30 index today to reflect the changes that took place due to the exclusion of Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. (OCI S.A.E.) (OCIC.CA).

According to the company’s release, OCI will be removed from the index, while Oriental Weavers will be added instead.

Meanwhile, the tender offer made by Dutch-listed OCI N.V. for 100% of OCI issued shares expired yesterday. OCI N.V. acquired more than 97% of Orascom Construction.
