Egypt’s key property developer, Beta Egypt for Urban Development, finished 80 percent of three phases in Beta Greens project, its chairman Alaa Fekree said Sunday.
The project is built over four phases with total investments worth 426 million Egyptian pounds ($48 million), Fekree noted.
Fekree further said that the fourth of the project is neither implemented nor promoted. However, the project’s phase I is expected to be delivered in May 2017.
Beta Greens compound is in 6th of October city, which is built over 20 feddans that encompass 840 units residential units with spaces that varies between 140 and 310 meter square.
Project construction started in 2015. The residential area in Beta Gardens is about 18 % of total area and the gardens and service areas about 82 %. The residential area comprises apartment’s buildings and villas with various designs and sizes surrounded by greenery to suit all requirements and needs.
