Better Home markets Midtown – Phase I in Egypt’s new capital city

Egyptian property developer Better Home Group says it has completed marketing the first phase of Midtown compound project located in the country’s new capital city.

Better Home has marketed the Midtown New Capital City Compound project in partnership with a number of local real estate marketing firms.

The first phase includes around 100 various units, varying between town houses and villas.

Ahmed EL Menshawy, chairman of Diarna Real Estate, one of the firms that took part in marketing 15 units of Midtown, said the project involves 388 units at spaces ranging between 165 square metres and 300 square metres,
