Egypt is a promising market for real estate investment and investment opportunities in various fields, Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing Utilities and Urban Communities, said on Sunday on the sideline of his participation in Builders of Egypt Forum 2023.

El Gazar added that “we have a distinct sector for construction, whether in the establishment of new cities, especially 4G cities, or transportation projects, national roads, infrastructure, the development of informal areas, and other diverse projects.”

It is worth mentioning that Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly attended this year’s edition, which launched under the title “Egypt’s Propitious Momentum towards Construction Sector Exportation Regionally.”
