Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA), the digital cameras provider, launched its Canon Contact Centre in Egypt on Thursday.
The company said in a statement that the centre is the first of its kind in the country. The new centre is set to promote relations with customers and partners.
It also facilitates the access of information about the company’s brands, products, services, and channels, in addition to quick query services.
“This ground-breaking initiative eliminates any barriers that might distance the company from its valued customers,” said Somesh Adukia, the Managing Director of Canon Central and North Africa.
