The latest Reports of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) claimed that the foreign direct investments (FDI) increased to US$1.84 billion at the end of the third quarter of FY13/14 against US$1.602 billion at the end of the second quarter move up by US$238 million.
The total value of investment flows reached around US$3.073 billion at the end of the third quarter in compared to US$2.855 billion at the second quarter, recording US$218 million increase.
The reports revealed a decline in investment flows abroad with around US$20 million registering US$1.232 billion at the end of the third quarter compared to US$1.252 billion at March 2013.
