China says it sent 149 medical experts to 16 countries to control spread of coronavirus

China has sent 149 medical experts to 16 countries for coronavirus prevention and control work, said Mi Feng, the country’s National Health Commission (NHC) spokesperson, on Saturday.

Mi said China is keen to continue to work with the international community to combat the spread of the pandemic, Mi added, according to Chinese state-run media China Global Television Network (CGTN).
