Egypt’s Concept Real Estate Group plans to start delivering the first phase of its flagship – Siela – in North Coast resort at the end of the year, said chairman on Sunday.
The company seeks to complete selling the project, which is spanning over 10 feddans, by mid-2020, Ehab Abou El Magd added.
“We have so far marketed around 70 percent of the project’s first and second phases, besides 10 percent of the third phase,” he said.
Siela will include around 600 units as well as a number of commercial and entertainment facilities, besides chalets on spaces ranging between 45 square metres and 100 square metres.
Siela project’s built-up area is 28 percent, Abou El Magd earlier said.
