Contact Financial Holding wins AI-Powered Financial Services Excellence Award at Amwal Al Ghad 2026

Contact Financial Holding has won the AI-Powered Financial Services Excellence Award at the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026, in recognition of its use of artificial intelligence to advance financial services and digital innovation in Egypt.

The award highlights Contact’s efforts to integrate AI-driven solutions across its operations, as the company expands its role in Egypt’s non-banking financial services sector amid growing demand for digital transformation.

Contact Financial Holding has been among the companies pushing technology-led financial inclusion, leveraging artificial intelligence to improve customer experience, streamline credit processes and strengthen risk assessment.

The award was presented during the 11th edition of the annual Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony in Cairo, which brought together government officials, executives and business leaders to recognise outstanding achievements across Egypt’s corporate and economic sectors.

Held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, this year’s event was held under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future”, focusing on resilience, innovation and sustainable growth amid economic and geopolitical uncertainty.
