Coverage Ratio Of Al-Moasher Subscription In Capital Increase Hits 9.3%

Al-Moasher for Programming and Information Dissemination – (AMPI) sent a release to the Egyptian Exchange in regards to the coverage ratio of company’s subscription in capital increase.

The company stated that the number of shares which were covered during the subscription reached 1,316,478 million shares with coverage ratio of 9.3 %.

It is worth noting that the country’s Central Depository System, Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) made a statement on November 11^th in regards to amending the name of Al-Moasher’s financial instrument to be “Rights Issue Of Al-Moasher For Programming And Info” instead of “Trading Rights Issue Of Al-Moasher For Programming And Info” starting from the trading session of November 12^th.
