Egyptian dairy producer Juhayna For Food Industries plans to raise sales volume by 20 percent to hit five billion Egyptian pounds (US$562.7 million) by the end of 2016.
Deputy CEO Seif El Din Thabet told Amwal Al Ghad Wednesday that Juhayna is currently operating with the capacity of 4,000 tonnes per day after the expansions it made in production lines.
The expansions included adding around six lines for juice and yoghurt before the Holy month of Ramadan, the official clarified.
Thabet added that Juhayna plans to add more three production lines in dairy sector before the end of 2016, noting that the group exerts efforts to conduct its expansion and investment plan in the Egyptian market.
