‘Destination Africa’ exhibition to attract 150 companies

Around 150 companies intends to be participating in the third edition of the “Destination Africa” exhibition for readymade clothes in Cairo, compared to 75 companies in the latest edition according to Samer Riad Chairman of  Ready Made Garments Export Council.

The exhibition provides an opportunity to increase Egypt’s exports to international markets and attract more investment in the textile sector, creating new jobs.

Destination Africa is a major international specialized pan-Africa B2B sourcing event for the textile industries in Africa, through a 3-day event consisting of a regional exhibition with African countries pavilions ,an international conference and networking function.

It promotes African made apparel, textiles, and home made textiles to international and African markets while attracting over 300 major specialized buyers and decision makers from around the world.
