EBDA, The Egyptian Business Development Association, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the board of EFCBC, Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors. The MoU is to ratify the “Kafa’a” project in the construction sector, to strengthen the project in its phase one, which focuses on the construction sector and seeks to qualify 700 workers in the sector.
Hassan Malek, Chairman of EBDA, told Amwal Al Ghad that “Kafa’a” project is implemented by EBDA and aims at training and qualifying 2500 youths from different vocational specializes.
Tarek Al Gamal, member of the board in EBDA, and Khaled Mansour, a member in EBDA, attended the meeting, and also Dr Ahmed Saada, director of ventures and Eng. Hassan Abdel Aziz, chairman of the board of EFCBC, participated in the meeting to discuss the ways of expanding the cooperation between the association and the federation in the coming period.
