EGP rises against USD on Tuesday – CBE

The Egyptian pound (EGP) strengthened slightly against the US dollar (USD) on Tuesday, according to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The CBE reported a buying rate of EGP 48.31 and a selling rate of EGP 48.41 for the US dollar. This represents a marginal increase compared to Monday’s closing rates of EGP 48.38 and EGP 48.48, respectively.
