Egypt’s stock market (EGX) closed in mixed notes on Monday.
- The benchmark index, EGX30 fell by 0.28 per cent to 54,475.49 points.
- The Shariah index, EGX33 dropped by 0.25 per cent to 5,873.92 points.
- The index EGX35-LV added 0.97 per cent to 6,036.67 points.
- The SMEs index, EGX70 leaped by 0.71 per cent, to 14,807.86 points.
- The EGX100 index advanced by 0.61 per cent, to 20,679.18 points.
The total market cap reached 3,814,343,513,903 Egyptian pounds.
Egyptians and non-Arab foreigners were net buyers with 62,564,611 pounds and 293,021,369 pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, Arabs were net sellers with 355,585,980 pounds.

- The shares of Misr Duty Free Shops rose by 19.98 per cent, to close at the price of 40.120 pounds a share.
- The shares of Tycoon Holding Company For Financial Investments climbed by 14.20 per cent, closing at the price of 15.440 pounds a share.
- The shares of Cairo Educational Services jumped by 7.84 per cent, to the purchasing price of 81.660 pounds a share.
Top losers
- The shares of Gogreen for Agricultural Investment fell by 14.29 per cent, to close at 1.980 pounds a share.
- The shares of Alexandria Pharmaceuticals declined by 7.22 per cent, to close at 1,088.880 pounds a share.
- The shares of Subscription Rights Of Alexandria New Medical Center -2 dropped by 3.96 per cent, to close at the price of 45.160 pounds a share.
