Egypt’s stock exchange (EGX) closed mixed on Thursday, with the main index, EGX30 inching up by 0.06 per cent, to 29,309.73 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 hiked by 1.42 per cent, to 7,854.63 points.
The index, EGX100 index climbed by 0.88 per cent, to 10,815.44 points.
The total market cap reached 2,092,797,994,078 Egyptian pounds.
The Egyptians and non-Arab foreigners’ transactions were mainly selling with a total of 287,228,534 Egyptian pounds, and 47,436,347 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arabs were net buyers with 334,664,880 Egyptian pounds.

The shares of A Capital Holding (ACAP.CA) rose by 19.95 per cent, to close at the price of 1.996 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) climbed by 19.94 per cent, to trade at the price of 1.167 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Sinai Cement (SCEM.CA) jumped by 17.77 per cent, to the purchasing price of 15.310 Egyptian pounds a share.

The shares of Six of October Development & Investment (SODIC) (OCDI.CA) fell by 8.35 per cent, to close at 52.700 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing (RUBX.CA) declined by 5.46 per cent, to close at 6.580 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Marsa Marsa Alam For Tourism Development (MMAT.CA) dropped by 5.00 per cent, to close at the price of 2.470 Egyptian pounds a share.
