EGX: OCI N.V. Extends Second Period for OCI Bid until March 13

The Egyptian Exchange’s management announced on Sunday that OCI N.V. will continue the extension of the second period till March 13^th during which all eligible shareholders of Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) may accept an exchange offer to exchange their shares into OCI N.V. shares or a cash alternative of EGP 255 per share.

The first extension period was held on September 29, 2013 to October 3, 2013.

The second period will remain open until March 13, 2014.
