Egypt delivers 264 units in phase I of Dar Misr middle-income residential project

Egypt has delivered Monday 264 housing units in Hadayek October area within the first phase of Dar Misr, a state middle-income residential flagship, according to Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

Hadayek October area is located in Sixth of October City. The city, which was established in 1979 by the decree of Egypt’s former President Anwar El Sadat, is 17km from the pyramids of Giza and 32km from downtown Cairo.
