Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly declared that there would be no more hikes in fuel price for the next six months in an effort to promote stability and reduce inflation, according to a Cabinet statement.
Madbouly emphasised the necessity of a gradual increase in fuel prices until the end of 2025, outlining the government’s plan to implement these measures in a controlled manner, the statement added.
