Egypt hopes to increase trade with Romania by $100 mln this year

Egypt-Romania Business Council  seeks to increase the trade exchange volume between the two countries by $100 million Hassan El Shafie, the council Chairman said.

He told Amwal Al Ghad that  the trade exchange has registered $900 million during last year, referring that the target is reach $ one billion within the current year.

El Shafie noted that the Romanian investments in Egypt recorded $200 million, adding that the Romanian investors  aim to establish investment projects in Egypt in all fields including Suez Canal Axis Development Project .
