Egypt launches 1st phase of golden license e-platform

Egypt launched its first phase of the electronic platform for golden license system, a cabinet statement said on Monday.

The platform is available in two languages, Arabic and English.

The platform will allow investors to fill out and submit applications to obtain the golden license, said CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Hossam Heiba.

The e-platform will also allow them to track the status of those applications, he added.
