Egypt Offers 182-,364-Day T-Bills Worth EGP 5.5 Bln

The Egyptian Ministry of Finance announced that it has offered EGP 5.5 billion treasury bills in an auction today.

182-day T-bills worth EGP two billion are offered at an average rate of 13.923%. Yields on 182-day T-bills ranged from 13.001% to 14.199%.

364-day T-bills worth EGP 3.5 billion are offered at an average rate of 14.154%. Yields on 364-day T-bills ranged from 12.75% to 14.350%.

The Central Bank of Egypt, which sells T-bills on behalf of the Finance Ministry, announced it will offer 182-and 364-day T-bills worth EGP 10.5 billion in an auction today, and 91-and 273-day T-bills worth EGP 5 billion in an auction next Sunday.
