Egypt secures ADF financing for VICMED project

Egypt has secured financing from the African Development Bank (ADF) to partially fund Phase 2, Part 1 of the Establishment of a navigational line between Lake Victoria and the Mediterranean Sea (VICMED) project, the Egyptian Ministry of Transport announced on Wednesday.

The initiative, implemented by the Ministry of Transport through the River Transport Authority.
