Egypt to deliver 480 units in Dar Misr middle-income residential project mid-Jan.

Egypt will start delivering 480 housing units in New Damietta City, as part of the first phase of the country’s Dar Misr middle-income residential flagship within next 15 January.

New Damietta City, located 200km north of Cairo and 4.5km far from New Damietta Port over 6,500 feddans, is established by Cabinet decree. It includes six residential districts.
