Egypt and Ukraine share deep and distinguished relations, particularly in the field of food imports, especially wheat, as Ukraine is one of Egypt’s top wheat suppliers, he added.

He stressed the need to expand cooperation to cover livestock, high-yield animal breeds, and knowledge sharing. He also praised Egypt’s initiatives to improve water efficiency and tackle climate issues, in line with government directives to strengthen agricultural value chains and increase exports.
