Egyptian Exchange briefing 11/05/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Thursday with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -1.28 percent to 17,270.69. The index lost 224.04, recording a day high value of 17,556.44 and a day low value of 17,204.93.

EGX 70 rose by 0.40 percent to 3,061.64, gaining 12.26 points. The index recorded a day high value of 3,079.27 and a day low value of 3,049.38.

EGX 30 Capped fell by -1.32 percent to close at 20,744.13. The index lost 277.30 points, recording a day high value of 21,104.04 and a day low value of 20,706.30.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around 8 billion EGP today.
