Egypt’s property developer firm Al Dau says it plans to start executing its flagship Al Dau Strand within January 2018, with investments totalling more than 500 million Egyptian pounds ($28.3 million).
The project is located at the heart of Hurghada in Red Sea over 25,000 square metres.
Bahaa Karim Hefzallah, Al Dau Co.’s marketing director, said Wednesday that the first-phase flagship will be implemented within three years.
Al Dau Co. is set to market Al Dau Strand in two phases, Hefzallah satated, adding that the company has earlier started promoting the first phase in 2016.
“The company has sold 70 units in the first phase,” he further noted.
Hefzallah referred that Al Dau Strand is to include 300 units as well as a clubhouse, which will be run by a major Spanish firm.
