Egypt’s annual CPI core inflation rises to 14.7% in July – CBE

Egypt’s annual core inflation rate rose to 14.7 per cent in July from 14.3 per cent in June, data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) showed on Monday.

Core inflation was 0.0 per cent month-on-month in July, compared with 0.3 per cent in June and negative 0.3 per cent in July 2025, the CBE said.
