Egypt’s development aid portfolio grew to $33.07 billion

Egypt’s total development assistance portfolio from development partners has surged to $33.07 billion, from $2 billion earlier in February, according to a statement released Tuesday by Ministry of International Cooperation.

The portfolio involves 328 projects currently being implemented in the North African country with the help of more than 27 development partners, the statement added.

Earlier, Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr said her ministry had succeeded in securing more than $10 billion from development partners during the past nine months.
