Egypt’s EGYCO finalises $47.5mn infrastructure projects in 16 months

Egypt’s state-run El Nasr Company for Building and Construction (EGYCO) says it completed a giant bundle of infrastructure projects worth 850 million Egyptian pounds ($47.5 million) from July 2017 until November 2018.

EGYCO won a mandate to implement a number of major services projects in the first phase of Toshka New City, 1km far from Aswan, its managing director for financial and administrative affairs Osama El Husseiny said on Saturday.

“We are currently carrying out various utilities works in Beit Al Watan New Cairo project as well as housing projects in the first phase of the country’s new capital projects besides developmental flagships in Aswan,” El Husseiny said.
