Egypt’s Exports Of Fertilizers To Turkey, France Hit EGP 2.4 bln

Both of Turkey and France are the first two countries that imported the Egyptian chemical and fertilizers during the period from January to April 2013 at EGP 2.4 billion, according to data that “Amwal Al Ghad” has gotten from the Foreign Trade sector.

The data elaborated that this value is distributed on the two countries, as to EGP 1.4 billion exports to the Turkish market, while the Egyptian exports of the chemical and fertilizers to the French market amounted to EGP 1 billion.

The total exports of the chemical and fertilizers sector during that period recorded almost EGP 9.3 billion during the first quarter of 2013, declined by 6%; compared to EGP 10 billion in 2012.
