Egypt’s HELI executes 10 property flagships in New Heliopolis and Sheraton

Egypt’s state-owned Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI) unveils that it is carrying out ten real estate flagships in various areas in New Heliopolis City and Sheraton area.

Khaled El Marasy, Managing Director for Technical and Administrative Affairs at HELI, said Saturday that his company plans to deliver various housing phases in number of other real estate projects before the end of financial year 2017/2018.

“The company targets increasing its business volume within the upcoming period,” El Marasy further noted.

The Egyptian official added that HELI has earlier signed a contract with Hassan Allam and Maadi for Development and Reconstruction to develop a land plot in Obour and Salam cities.
