Egypt’s housing minister explores key strategies to boost NAC investment

Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny met with representatives from Founders Real Estate Marketing Company to discuss investment opportunities and strategies for promoting a major project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

In a statement released on Sunday, Minister El-Sherbiny reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to maximising investment in new cities through targeted marketing and promotional efforts. He emphasised the substantial number of residential and development projects completed in recent years and stressed the need to attract additional investments to ensure continued growth.

The Egyptian minister also provided details on the upcoming marketing campaign, which will feature a multi-platform advertising push. He outlined various investment opportunities aimed at strengthening partnerships with companies, highlighting diverse approaches to accommodate all investors and real estate developers in future projects.
