Egypt’s property developer firm, Orientals for Urban Development (OUD) is planning to carry out a new residential and touristic project in North Coast, said its chairman Asser Hamdy on Monday.
The new flagship will be established over 50 feddans, in partnership with one of the investors who owns the land plot, Hamdy further told Amwal Al Ghad.
“The company is responsible for developing and marketing the project,” the Egyptian official noted.
Besides OUD’s works in North Coast, Hamdy added that his company also seeks to team up with New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to execute an additional fully-fledged urban flagship, spanning over 100 feddans.
