Egypt’s Political Crisis Threatens Italian Investments: Nagi Alber

Nagi Alber, Representative of the Egyptian side, at Egyptian-Italian Friendship and Cooperation Society,  has warned of the repercussions of the current crisis, which may influence the new foreign investments in the upcoming period, due to the extreme violence in the Egyptian street and the increasing political  turmoil.

He referred that the new Italian investments are suspended to follow up the upcoming incidents and their consequences; wishing this day peacefully passes.

The delegation of Italian businessmen, which has visited Egypt lately, signed 3 new investing contracts in the sectors of manufacturing medical equipments, information technology, and manufacturing computers’ components in October 6 City. These projects are supposed to be operated in 2013.
