Egypt’s Press Syndicate Calls For Gaza Solidarity Demo

The Egyptian press syndicate has called for a demonstration in solidarity with Gaza in front of its headquarters on Tuesday at 12pm, reported the Al-Ahram Arabic news website.

The protest is to coincide with others organised by journalists in other Arab countries against the Zionist attack on Gaza, which has left more than a thousand killed, including tens of journalists.

In Gaza, 1,820 Palestinians have been killed and more than 10,000 wounded since the start of the Israeli offensive on 8 July.
