Egypt’s Real Mark has marketed and sold nearly 2,000 housing units in 12 real estate flagships during 2017, a source in the county’s Holding Company for Construction and Development said Thursday.
The flagships are located in New Cairo and Sixth of October cities, the source with knowledge further told Amwal Al Ghad, adding that Real Mark was mandated to promote the units by HCCD’s housing affiliates.
“Real Mark plans to cooperate with real estate developers to promote their projects,” he stated, adding that the state-run property marketing company also seeks to expand its business in the local market, through increasing the volume of housing projects, which are currently being promoted.
“The company achieved marketing sales approaching two billion Egyptian pounds ($112.9 million) at the end of last year,” he said.
