Egypt’s Sinai Offshore Fields produced approximately 27,000 barrels of crude oil per day, marking the highest daily production rate since 2017. Egypt’s Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources said on Saturday.
The ministry said the fields, which are developed by Italy’s Eni in partnership with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), achieved the increase through ongoing efforts to maximise production from existing fields and enhance the utilisation of Egypt’s petroleum resources.
