Egypt’s Sisi prioritises investment attraction in SCZONE

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday issued directives to the government, emphasising the need to facilitate all necessary requirements to enhance investment attraction within the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE). This move underscores the strategic importance of the SCZONE in driving economic growth and attracting both domestic and foreign investments.
President Sisi also called for emphasising SCZONE’s economic sustainability and investor-friendly environment. His vision underscores the importance of streamlining administrative procedures to attract investors.
Furthermore, President Sisi recognises that industrial expansion plays a pivotal role in achieving sustainable development.
