Egypt’s SODIC first phase of new project sells out in 48 hours

Egyptian property developer SODIC said on Monday the first phase of its new development project was sold out over two days due to the high demand.

The first phase of VYE, the first neighborhood in SODIC’s newest 500-feddan development in New Zayed in 6th of October City has booked 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($62.3 million) of sales over two days, a company statement said.

The company said it expects to book contractual sales totalling 43 billion pounds from VYE.

VYE brings to the Egyptian market the first of its kind expandable apartment within a multi-family building branded Neo. It also introduces Sol, the first solar powered town and twin homes in Egypt, which proved to be a big hit among buyers.

VYE is the first of three neighborhoods within the 500- feddan development that will serve as New Zayed’s city centre.
