Egypt’s stock exchange indexes end mixed, EGX 30 dips 0.06% on Tuesday
Egypt’s stock exchange’s (EGX) indexes ended mixed on Tuesday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index inching dipping by 0.06 percent to 11.028 points.
The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) rose 0.13 percent to 1,871 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped dropped 0.36 percent to 12,716 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 fell 0.06 percent to 2,748 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 inched up 0.08 percent to 2,009 points.

Total market capitalisation has incurred losses worth 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($63 million) to close at 613.074 billion pounds on Tuesday.
Trading Aggregates
Also on Tuesday, the trading value has neared 1.6 billion pounds, while the trading volume has almost reached 330 million securities executed over 37,000 transactions.
