Egypt’s stock market indices bounce back, EGX 30 adds 0.15% on Tuesday
Egypt’s stock exchange’s (EGX) indexes ended higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index adding 0.15 percent to 10,829 points.
The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) dropped 0.11 to 2,141 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped rose 0.25 percent to 13,258 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 advanced 0.14 percent to 3,101 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 edged up 0.63 percent at 2,248 points.

Total market capitalisation has posted gains worth 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($159.6 million) to close at 656.068 billion pounds on Tuesday.
Trading Aggregates
Also on Tuesday, the trading value has approximately reached 1.56 billion pounds, while the trading volume has almost recorded 490.356 million securities executed 41,542 transactions.
